Job Description

The Client Service Specialist works within the corporate environment and is partnered with the internal sales associates. This individual is responsible for taking inbound information calls from financial advisors regarding product inquiries. The Client Service Specialist helps to create new relationships and support existing relationships with home office staff and financial advisors while supporting Strategic Capital product sales efforts throughout the United States. This is accomplished through an information and consultative marketing approach primarily by providing financial and product information via the telephone, so representatives have the tools to effectively offer our platform of alternative investments to their clients. This position requires an individual that has exceptional customer service skills, excellent phone skills, strong work ethic, and a competitive drive to succeed. The Client Service Specialist position generally is viewed as a stepping stone to becoming an Internal Sales Associate, which will require securities registration(s).

Education & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Required
  • Required to obtain a Series 7 license within 12 months. (company sponsored)
